CT联合腔内超声诊断子宫肌瘤敏感性、特异性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究CT联合腔内超声诊断子宫肌瘤敏感性、特异性的临床价值。方法选取80例疑为子宫肌瘤患者,均实施CT、腔内超声检查。比较不同检查方法及联合检查的疾病诊断情况,以手术病理结果为金标准,比较CT联合腔内超声检查诊断子宫肌瘤的敏感性、特异性及准确率。结果联合检查子宫肌瘤诊断率77.50%明显高于腔内超声65.00%、CT检查的63.75%,误诊或漏诊率1.25%明显低于CT21.25%与腔内超声检查的21.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检查子宫肌瘤分型检出率高于腔内超声、CT检查,但对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合检查诊断敏感性、特异性及准确率均高于腔内超声、CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT与腔内超声在子宫肌瘤诊断中均可取得良好效果,而联合诊断可有效提高敏感性、特异性及准确率,为患者后续治疗提供更加全面、可靠的依据,应用价值更高。Objective To study the sensitivity and specificity of CT combined with mtraluminal ultrasound in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma.Methods 80 cases of suspected uterine leiomyoma were examined by CT and intraluminal ultrasound.The diagnostic results of different examination methods and combined examinations were compared.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CT combined with mtraluminal ultrasound in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma were compared.Results The diagnostic rate of hysteromyoma by combined examination was 77.50%,which was significantly higher than 65.00% by intraluminal ultrasound and 63.75% by CT.The rate of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis was 1.25%,which was significantly lower than 21.25% by CT and 21.25% by intraluminal ultrasound(P<0.05).The detection rate of combined examination was higher than that of endosonography and CT,but there was no significant diiference(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined examination were higher than those of intraluminal ultrasound and CT(P<0.05).Conclusion CT and intraluminal ultrasound can achieve good results in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma,and the combined diagnosis can effectively improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,provide more comprehensive and reliable basis for the follow-up treatment of patients,and have higher application value.
