中西药合用治疗胆汁返流性胃炎胆胃不和型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西药合用治疗胆汁返流性胃炎胆胃不和型的效果。方法:70例采用随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各35例。两组均用常规西药治疗,观察组联合旋覆温胆汤加减治疗。结果:治疗后两组临床证候积分均下降,观察组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:旋覆温胆汤加减辅治胆汁返流性胃炎胆胃不和型效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of combined TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with biliary and stomach discordance. Methods: Seventy cases were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group were combined with modified Xuanfu Wendan Decoction. Results: After treatment,the clinical syndrome scores in both groups decreased, and the decrease in the observation group was greater(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Xuanfu Wendan Decoction has a better effect in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with disharmony between the stomach and the stomach.
