读者管理制度视域下的图书馆管理思想研究——基于我国图书馆读者管理制度文本的分析

摘　　要：文章采集了全国285所图书馆的读者管理制度文本,采用LDA主题建模方法对文本进行主题分析,从规范制度文本、完善制度内容、明确图书馆自身角色定位、建立读者积分制度、加强新媒体环境下读者管理制度建设、智慧图书馆环境下数据管理规范、加强阅读推广读者管理制度建设七个方面提出图书馆读者管理制度建设提升对策,为优化图书馆管理体制,提高管理水平提供借鉴和参考。The article collects 285 library reader management system texts,and conducts theme analysis with LDA theme modeling method.Improving strategies for library reader management system are proposed from seven aspects:standardizing system text,perfecting system content,clearing library role positioning of its own,establishing reader accumulating points system,strengthening reader management system under new media environment,data management standards under smart library environment,as well as improving reader management system construction in reading promotion,hoping to provide reference for optimizing management system and improving management level.
