摘 要:随着当代人应酬变多,解酒产品需求逐渐变大。但市面上解酒产品多有口感差、携带服用不方便、对人体有较大毒副作用等缺点,且形式单一。为制备一款口感好、服用方便且对人体毒副作用小的新型解酒产品,以含有丰富果糖和维生素的番茄和芹菜,具有护肝作用的姜黄作为原材料制备具有解酒功效的果蔬咀嚼片。采用湿法制粒压片,在单因素试验基础上来设计正交试验,筛选出能制备品质优良的果蔬咀嚼片的最佳试验配方。结果表明,制备果蔬咀嚼片的最佳制备工艺是采用湿法制粒压片,预胶化淀粉添加量15%,姜黄浸膏添加量20%,乳糖添加量5.8%,柠檬酸添加量0.2%,硬脂酸镁添加量1.5%,羟丙基纤维素添加量3.5%,番茄提取物添加量13%,微晶纤维素添加量25%,芹菜提取物添加量16%;所用原料安全、制备过程简单、制成产品易携带且方便服用,为解酒产品的形式开发提供新思路。As the social intercourse of contemporary people becomes more and more,the demand for hangover products gradually increases.However,many of the existing hangover products on the market have the disadvantages of poor taste,inconvenient to carry and take as well as a large toxic and side effect on the human body,and the form is single.In order to prepare a new form of antialcoholic product with good taste,convenient consumption and little toxic and side effects on human body,the fruit and vegetable chewing tablets with antialcoholic effect were prepared with tomato and celery,which were rich in fructose and vitamins,and turmeric,which had the function of protecting liver,as the raw material.Using the wet granulation method,orthogonal experiment was designed on the basis of single factor experiment,and the best formula was selected to prepare the chewing tablets of fruits and vegetables with good quality.The results showed that the best preparation techniques for the preparation of fruit and vegetable chewing tablets were wet granulation tablets,15%pregelatinized starch,20%turmeric extract,5.8%lactose,0.2%citric acid,1.5%magnesium stearate,3.5%hydroxypropyl cellulose,13%tomato extract,25%microcrystalline cellulose and 16%celery extract.The raw materials used in this experiment were safe,the preparation process was simple,the products were portable and easy to take,providing a new idea for the development of the form of hangover products.
