摘 要:针对低碳钢冲压洗衣机箱体过程产生的开裂,采用金相和扫描电镜对开裂件材料的显微组织进行分析,并测试原材料的力学性能。结果表明,带钢已出现明显时效硬化,同时显微组织晶界处呈网状分布的渗碳体,使可移动位错密度大幅降低,严重恶化了带钢的加工性能,导致带钢在冲压过程中产生开裂。通过优化成分和工艺,降低钢中的碳含量、热轧卷取温度及镀锌退火温度,提升了带钢的抗时效能力,减少了沿晶界析出的渗碳体数量,冲压开裂问题得到解决。Through metallography and scanning electron microscope,stamping cracking of DX51D+Z were analyzed,and the improvement measures were suggested.The results show that the network distribution of cementite at the crystal boundary and the aging effect of strip steel deteriorate the strip plastic performance,which is the fundamental cause of stamping cracking.By optimizing the composition system and the process parameters,reducing the carbon content,the hot-rolling coiling temperature and the galvanizing annealing temperature,the aging resistance of the strip is improved,and the amount of cementite precipitated along the grain boundary is reduced.The problem of stamping cracking is solved.
