摘  要:针对负载转矩扰动造成的双永磁电机系统转速同步性能下降的问题,提出采用观测器测量负载转矩并进行前馈补偿的策略,以减小负载转矩扰动对系统同步性能的影响。首先基于电机数学模型设计了负载观测器,根据传感器测量得到的机械角速度与q轴电流信息准确地估计电机的负载转矩,并结合交叉耦合结构实现了两台电机的转速同步。仿真与实验结果证明:采用所提策略可以准确观测负载转矩,显著减小双永磁电机间的同步误差,大幅缩短双电机调速过渡过程,有效提升系统同步性能。In order to reduce the speed synchronization problem caused by load disturbance in the dual permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)systems,a strategy of measuring the load torque by observer and feedforward compe-nsation was proposed.Firstly,the load observer was designed based on the mathematical model of the motor,and the load torque of the motor was accurately estimated according to the mechanical angular velocity and q-axis current information measured by the sensor.The speed synchronization of the dual-PMSM was realized by combi-ning the cross-coupling structure.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed strategy can accurately observe the load torque,significantly reduce the synchronization error between the dual motors,greatly shorten the speed regulation transition process of the dual motors,and effectively improve the synchronization performance of the system.
