基于OBE理念的地方高校应用型翻译人才培养改革初探——以邯郸学院为例

摘　　要：以邯郸学院为例,对基于OBE理念的地方高校应用型翻译人才培养改革进行探讨。分析了翻译专业人才培养现状,建立完善且符合地方特色的翻译专业人才培养体系,设定人才培养目标和毕业后要求,构建完善的课程体系,强化师资队伍,关注学生发展。在未来的教学实践中,翻译专业将进一步优化授课方法和课程内容,完善评估体系,形成良性互动,实现邯郸学院翻译人才培养模式的不断升级。Through taking Handan University as an example,the study explores the reform in the training of applied translation talents in local universities based on OBE concept,and analyzes the present situation of the training of translation professionals.The perfect translation talent training system with local characteristics is established,the talent training objective and requirements after graduation are set,perfect curriculum system is constructed,teaching staff construction is strengthened,and student development is focused on.It is suggested that,in the future teaching practice,lecture method and curriculum content in translation major should be further optimized,evaluation system be perfected,and benign interaction be formed,to continuously upgrade the translation talent training mode of Handan University.
