摘  要:中共中央、国务院印发的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》中明确将“改革学生评价”列为重点任务之一,坚决改变用分数给学生贴标签的做法,坚持以德为先、能力为重、全面发展的评价原则。建构主义视域下学习共同体模式不仅可以提高学生对知识的学习效果,更能提高学生综合素质和团结协作的意识,正好契合了新时代教育改革要求。以某大学本科生法学教学改革为例展开研究,从建构主义的理论解读入手,对法学本科生开展学习共同体模式的必要性进行了分析,在审视其实施现状与困境的基础上,提出以“学校层面—教师层面—学生层面”多维一体的构建法学本科生学习共同体新模式的具体方法,以期为后续的法学专业教学改革提供参考。The“Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era”issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly listed“reforming student evaluation”as one of the key tasks,resolutely changed the practice of labeling students with scores,and insisted on putting morality and ability first as well as comprehensive development.The learning community model from the perspective of constructivism can not only improve students’knowledge learning effect,but also improve students’comprehensive quality and awareness of unity and cooperation,which just fits the requirements of education reform in the new era.This paper takes the reform of law teaching for undergraduates in a certain university as an example to carry out research.Starting from the theoretical interpretation of constructivism,it first analyzes the necessity of developing a learning community model for undergraduates in law,and then on the basis of examining its implementation status and difficulties,it proposes a specific method of constructing a new model of law undergraduates’learning community with the multi-dimensional integration of“school level-teacher level-student level”is expected to provide a reference for the follow-up teaching reform of law majors.
