数字化斜裁A字裙造型与面料性能相关性研究

摘　　要：在服装行业中,斜裁法所展现出的服装极具特色,但由于斜裁本身的局限性,使得其不能像平面剪裁及立体剪裁使用普遍。本文从不同面料入手,通过数字化模拟软件CLO 3D面料属性,来探究不同成分、不同厚度及不同经纬纱面料直裁、斜裁下A字裙服装款式的变化及同一面料直裁、斜裁下A字裙服装款式整体效果的影响。从而为面料的选择、剪裁的形式及廓形的需要提供思路,以及更加合理地应用面料进行斜裁设计,尝试解决斜裁的部分局限性问题,为斜裁服装的发展提供更多可能。In the garment industry, the diagonal tailoring method shows that the clothing is very distinctive, but due to the limitations of the diagonal tailoring itself, so that it can not be used as flat tailoring and three-dimensional tailoring, this article starts from different fabrics,through the digital simulation software CLO 3D fabric attributes, to explore different ingredients,different thicknesses and different warp and weft yarn fabrics straight cut, oblique cut under the A-line skirt clothing style changes and the same fabric straight cut, oblique cut under the A-line skirt clothing style The overall effect of the effect, so as to for the selection of fabrics, The form and silhouette of the cut need to provide ideas, as well as a more reasonable application of fabric for oblique tailoring design, trying to solve some of the limitations of the oblique cut,providing more possibilities for the development of diagonal tailoring clothing.
