摘　　要：目的:探讨甲基苯丙胺使用障碍(MUD)戒毒者生活满意度、戒毒意愿、抑郁症状之间的关系。方法:在安徽省7所成人强制隔离戒毒所招募MUD戒毒者1173人(男762人,女411人)。采用生活满意度量表(SWLS)、戒毒意愿调查表(WDQ)、贝克抑郁问卷第二版(BDI-Ⅱ)进行自评式调查。结果:男性戒毒者的WDQ、BDI-Ⅱ总分均低于女性戒毒者(P<0.01或P<0.001)。SWLS总分与WDQ总分负向关联(β=-0.13),BDI-Ⅱ总分与WDQ总分正向关联(β=0.29);BDI-Ⅱ总分在SWLS总分与WDQ总分的关系间有中介效应(效应值=-0.05,95%CI=-0.08~-0.03)。结论:甲基苯丙胺使用障碍戒毒者生活满意度与戒毒意愿和抑郁症状关系密切,女性戒毒者的戒毒意愿和抑郁症状更值得关注。Objective:To explore the relationship among life satisfaction, willingness to detoxify and depressive symptoms in drug abstainers with methamphetamine use disorder(MUD).Methods:Totally 1173 MUD abstainers were recruited from 7 compulsory isolation centers of adults in Anhui Province, including 762 males and 411 females.Participants were surveyed with self-report questionnaires, including the Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS),Willingness to Detoxify Questionnaire(WDQ) and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI-Ⅱ).Results:The total scores of WDQ and BDI-Ⅱwere lower in men than in women(Ps<0.01).The total SWLS scores were negatively correlated with the total WDQ scores(β=-0.13),and the total scores of BDI-Ⅱwere positively correlated with the total WDQ scores(β=0.29).The total scores of BDI-Ⅱhad a significant mediating effect between the total SWLS scores and the total WDQ scores(Indirect effect value=-0.05,95%CI=-0.08--0.03).Conclusion:In MUD abstainers, the life satisfaction is closely related to willingness to detoxify and depressive symptoms.The female willingness to detoxify and depressive symptoms need be more paid attention.
