摘　　要：非自杀性自伤行为(NSSI)是重要的公共卫生问题,与自杀行为密切相关。我国青少年NSSI发生率在增加,应引起广泛关注。本研究回顾了青少年NSSI开始、维持或结束的理论模型,最终对5个模型及其在青少年中的研究进行综述,分别经验回避模型、四功能模型、情绪级联模型、认知情绪模型和获益和阻碍模型。通过对理论模型的回顾,为我国青少年NSSI的研究提供理论依据,为寻找干预靶点开展青少年NSSI干预研究提供理论支持。Non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behavior has been regarded as a crucial public health problem,which correlates to suicidal behavior.The NSSI prevalence in adolescents in China is increasing which should a-rouse widespread concern.This review summarizes the models of the initiation,maintenance,or termination of NSSI and the studies of the models in adolescents.Respectively,five models including the experiential avoidance model(EAM),four-function Model,emotional cascade model(ECM),cognitive-emotional model of NSSI(CEM-NSSI),and the benefits and barriers model of NSSI were reviewed.The review could provide clues for studies on NSSI in adolescents and further improve the studies on the prevention and intervention in adolescents.
