摘  要:以人参须根粉为原料,天然葡萄汁作为酸催化剂,自制改良索氏提取器作为提取装置,研究了从人参须根粉直接提取制备富含稀有人参皂苷Rg3、Rg5的人参提取物的方法,并通过单因素实验和正交实验进行了工艺优化.实验结果表明:当乙醇浓度为20%,提取筒温度为60℃,油浴温度为145℃,葡萄汁用量为10 mL,提取转化时间为5 h时,所得的人参皂苷Rg3、Rg5总得率为2.29%.该方法将人参皂苷提取和结构修饰并在一步操作中,固液可直接分离、溶剂用量少,可以快捷、绿色制备高活性稀有人参皂苷.The direct extraction and preparation method of extracting ginseng extract which is rich in Rg3 and Rg5 from ginseng root powder was studied in the paper,and the technical process optimization was carried out by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.In the study,ginseng root powder was used as raw material,natural grape juice was used as acid catalyst,self-made improved Soxhlet extractor was used as an extraction device.According to the experimental results,when the concentration of ethanol was 20%,the temperature of extraction tube was 60℃,the temperature of oil bath was 145℃,the dosage of grape juice was 10 mL,and the extraction time was 5 h,the total yield of ginsenoside Rg3 and Rg5 was 2.29%.Ginsenoside’s extraction and structure modification were compressed into one step,and solid-liquid separation could be done directly with less solvent due to the method,so that highly activity ginsenosides could be quickly and environmentally friendly prepared.
