摘　　要：由于现有的英语名词短语在线翻译系统语音识别率过小,因此提出一种基于语音识别的英语名词短语在线翻译系统。选用处理器S3C2440作为中央处理器,构建硬件电路结构。建立英语名词短语词库,在线翻译功能软件框架,实现在线翻译功能。使用两种传统在线翻译系统与本系统进行实验,结果表明设计系统语音识别率最大。Because the existing online translation system of English noun phrases has a low speech recognition rate,an online translation system of English noun phrases based on speech recognition is designed.In hardware aspect,the processor S3C2440 is chosen as the central processor to construct the hardware circuit structure.In terms of software,the author constructs the English noun phrase vocabulary,establishes the online translation function software framework,realizes the online translation function,and completes the design of the online translation system of English noun phrases.The results show that the speech recognition rate of the online translation system is the highest.
