摘 要:随着科学技术的变革和全球竞争的加剧,关键领域、核心技术方面的创新人才培养对国家综合实力提升具有战略意义。目前我国大学生的学术素养与创新能力发展很大程度上受限于本科教育教学工作中科教分离的制约,主要表现为课堂教学的知识传授与能力培养分离、教师工作的学术研究与教书育人分离。为提升大学生的学术素养与创新能力,应从课堂教学革命、学术素养的系统性培育以及高校教师考核评价制度改革等方面强化科教协同育人,进一步完善科教融合、相互促进的协同培养机制。Technological change and global competition are intensifying currently,and the cultivation of innovative talents in key fields and core technologies is of strategic significance to the promotion of national comprehensive strength.At present,the development of college students’academic literacy and innovation ability in China is largely restricted by the separation of research and teaching in undergraduate education,which is mainly reflected in the separation of knowledge imparting and ability training in class,and the separation of research and teaching at teachers’work.In order to promote academic literacy and innovation ability of college students,it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation of research and teaching from aspects of classroom teaching revolution,systematic cultivation of academic literacy,and reform of evaluation system for college teachers,improving the co-cultivation mechanism that integrates research and teaching.
