摘  要:利用数据分析配网精准投资,在有限项目批复投资规模下充分利用资金,确保配网大修项目效益最大化是项目规划的核心。基于配网供电可靠性、负荷预测、配网故障、网损、历史项目评价分析结果,建立配电网大修成效分析模型。利用改进的粒子群算法分析配电网大修项目优选方案,得出在满足配电网供电要求和线路容量等条件下的投资效益最优项目规划方案,并横向比较验证优选模型的有效性和可行性。Using data to analyze the precise investment of distribution network,making full use of funds under the limited project approved investment scale,and ensuring the maximum benefit of the distribution network overhaul project is the core of project planning.Based on the distribution network power supply reliability,load forecasting,distribution network failures,network losses,and the analysis results of historical project evaluation,a distribution network overhaul effectiveness analysis model is established.The improved particle swarm algorithm is used to analyze the optimal plan of the distribution network overhaul project,and the optimal project planning plan for the investment benefit under the conditions of meeting the power supply requirements and line capacity of the distribution network is obtained,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimal model is verified by a horizontal comparison Sex.
