摘　　要：为了提升电力企业的风险评估准确性,提出基于市场交易的电力客户信用风险评估系统设计,该系统主要由信息数据库子系统和信用风险评估子系统两部分组成,其中基于市场交易的规律、原则以及风险来源,采集并存储客户财务、营销以及交易信息,构建信息数据库子系统;调用信息数据库子系统的客户信息,构建评估指标体系;利用改进的层次分析算法获得目标权重,经群组决策方法得出综合权重;利用线性加权综合法得出客户信用综合评估结果,完成信用风险等级划分,进而构建信用风险评估子系统。实验结果表明:该系统的信用风险评估结果与实际信用风险更接近,评估结果更加科学、准确,同时可有效衡量全部信用风险指标评估获取电力客户信用风险,评估正确率可达98.25%。In order to promote the accuracy of risk estimate of power enterprises,the design of power customer credit risk assessment system based on market transaction is proposed.The system is mainly composed of information database subsystem and credit risk assessment subsystem.Based on the laws,principles and risk sources of market transaction,the system collects and stores customer financial,marketing and transaction information,Build information database subsystem;Call the customer information of the information database subsystem to build the evaluation index system;The target weight is obtained by using the improved analytic hierarchy process algorithm,and the comprehensive weight is obtained by group decision-making method;Using the linear weighted synthesis method to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of customer credit,complete the credit risk classification,and then construct the credit risk evaluation subsystem.The test results prove that the credit risk assessment results of the system are closer to the actual credit risk,and the assessment results are more scientific and accurate.At the same time,it can effectively measure all credit risk indicators,assess and obtain the credit risk of power customers,and the assessment accuracy can reach 98.25%.
