共同体本位的生存信念与人类整体性福祉最大化的价值诉求--一种实践的马克思公共哲学之新世界观立场的观照

摘　　要：马克思主义哲学本质上是一种面向“现实个人”之自由全面发展理想的实践的价值论人学之思。作为哲学观念历史性变革中诞生的一种具有彻底革命性意义的新形态的哲学,这一哲学深刻观照历史总体性意义上人类生存、发展的有机整体性、实践主体性以及价值超越性特质,以历史的、辩证的关系理性,确立了“问题在于改变世界”的新世界观所以可能的合理性理据,贡献了人类文明、进步的新的共同体的思维智慧,提升了人类哲学思维的境界。历史进入21世纪,作为对“世界怎么了?我们怎么办?”这一“时代之问”的积极、有效、卓越的智识性回应,人类命运共同体思想是唯物史观“自由人联合体”理论的当代形态,其最具原创性的理论贡献在于,它赋予了共同体思想以新的理论内涵,着眼后全球化时代人类生存发展的时空一体化、利益关联性、命运攸关性以及以人类共同福祉最大化为规制的一个可期许的共同的美好未来愿景,全面彰显着马克思共同体思想对于依然强势的启蒙现代性之狭隘的资产阶级市民社会共同体的深刻反思性、批判性以及其作为当代世界性实践的中国智慧、中国方案的理论魅力和前瞻性、引领性意义。In essence,Marxist philosophy is a kind of axiological humanistic thinking oriented to the practice of the ideal of free and all-round development of“real individuals”.As a new form of philosophy with completely revolutionary significance born in the historical change of philosophical concepts,this philosophy profoundly reflects on the organic integrity,practical subjectivity and value transcendence of human survival and development in the sense of historical totality.With historical and dialectical relational rationality,it has established the possible rational basis for the new world view of“the problem lying in changing the world”,and established human civilization and the thinking wisdom of the progressive new community which has improved the realm of human philosophical thinking.History has entered the 21st century.As a positive,effective and outstanding intellectual response to the“question of the times”,such as“What’s the matter with the world?”and“What shall we do?”,the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind is a contemporary form of the“Commonwealth of Free People”theory of historical materialism.Its most original theoretical contribution lies in that it gives a new theoretical connotation to the idea of a community to focus on the temporal and spatical integraty of the survival and development of human beings in the post-globalization era,and hope for a common bright future which is related to their interests and on has a stake in their destiny by means of maximization of the common well-being on of mankind.It fully demonstrates the profound reflection and criticism of Marx’s community thought on the narrow bourgeois civil society community with still strong enlightenment modernity,and manifests the theoretical charm,forward-looking and leading significance of Chinese wisdom and Chinese scheme as a contemporary world practice.
