摘　　要：额外牙及先天缺牙是临床常见的牙齿数目异常的疾病。本文报道了1例罕见的左下乳磨牙额外牙及恒牙额外牙并伴发左下第一恒磨牙先天缺失的病例。Supernumerary tooth and congenitally absent tooth are common clinical diseases with abnormal number of teeth.We report a rare case of supernumerary primary molar and permanent tooth and congenital absence of first molar in the left mandible.
