摘  要:产教融合是新时代应用型高校课程改革的重要发展方向。课程研究团队与企业共同合作选取酿酒工程专业的专业主干课程《白酒品评与酒体设计》为例开展了产教融合课程改革研究,从开课班级中随机抽取部分班级作为实验组开展产教融合项目教学改革,设置问卷从课程认知度、课程兴趣、教学满意度等角度对比研究改革效果。结果表明,通过产教融合项目课程改革的实施提升了学生对课程知识的掌握程度和运用能力,提高了学生对课程的教学满意度。In the new era,Integration of industry and education is an important direction of curriculum reform in application-oriented colleges and universities.The course research team select the major backbone course"Liquor tasting and liquor body design"as an example to carry out the reform of the production-teaching integration course,some classes were selected at random as experimental groups to carry out the teaching reform.Questionnaires were set up to compare the effect of the reform from the perspectives of curriculum cognition,curriculum interest and teaching satisfaction.The results show that the implementation of the curriculum reform of the project of integration of production and teaching has improved the students'mastery and application ability of curriculum knowledge,and improved the students'teaching satisfaction.
