摘 要:针对学生评教主观评价信息进行深入研究,以此来分析学生视角下的课堂教学质量影响因素。学生评教是许多高校评价教师课堂教学质量的主要手段,但在有效运用评教信息切实提高教师的课堂教学质量方面,还有很大的提升空间。为得到课堂教学质量的影响因素,以学生主观评价为突破口,应用中文语义分词方法和聚类分析技术相结合的方式,深度挖掘学生评教主观评价信息,识别学生在主观评价中重点关注的教学质量信息,获取学生视角下影响课堂教学质量的关键因素,并以此分析特定高校课堂教学质量客观评价问卷设计的合理性。In our study we deeply explored students′subjective evaluation of teaching with an intended purpose to analyze factors potentially affecting the quality of classroom teaching from students′perspective.Students′evaluation of teaching is the main approach for many universities to evaluate the quality of teachers′classroom teaching.However,there is still much room for improvement in terms of an effective use of students′subjective evaluation data to effectively enhance the quality of teachers′classroom teaching.To obtain influential factors affecting the quality of classroom teaching,we conducted studies of students′subjective evaluation of teaching,employing Chinese semantic word segmentation method and cluster analysis technology.Specifically,we deeply explored students′subjective evaluation data,identified the teaching quality information that students focused on in their subjective evaluation of teaching,and finally obtained the key factors that affected the quality of classroom teaching from students′perspective.Based on the identified key factors,we analyzed the rationality of questionnaire design for objective evaluation of classroom teaching quality in specific universities.
