摘  要:新工科理念下,为我国高等工程教育领域培育复合创新型人才,需要形成多方育人的教育合力,推动协同育人教育模式改革。结合新工科建设与人才培养要求,当前工程人才培养存在理论与实践课程比例不够均衡、多方协同育人体系与评价机制不够完善等问题,为提升新工科人才培养质量,提出了基于新工科建设的创新型人才培养机制,旨在构建良好的协同育人生态,促进新工科建设的人才培养质量提升。Guided by the new concept of emergent engineering education,cultivating inter-disciplinary innovative talents for Chinese higher engineering education requires a collaborative effort in various aspects of education to promote the reform of cooperative education model.Combined with the requirements of emergent engineering education and talent training,the current engineering talent training has such problems as the unbalanced proportion of theoretical and practical courses and the imperfect cooperative education system and evaluation mechanism.To improve the quality of talent training in new engineering education,the author in this article proposes an innovative talent cultivation mechanism based on emergent engineering education,aiming at fostering an ecology conducive to cooperative talent cultivation and promoting the quality of talent cultivation.
