摘 要:针对芒硝型卤水,采用“NaOH–Na_(2)CO_(3)”净化工艺脱除钙镁过程,精卤中残留碳酸根浓度高、碱耗高的问题,通过调整NaOH和Na_(2)CO_(3)的添加量及卤水添加工艺降低了碱耗和精卤中残留成垢离子总浓度,实现了蒸发结晶换热系统的防垢缓垢的目的。开展了“NaOH–Na_(2)CO_(3)”法卤水净化小型实验和扩大实验研究,优化了卤水净化作业制度并实现产业化应用,有效缓解了蒸发系统结垢,实现了真空蒸发制盐装置低能耗、长周期、稳定运行的目标。In order to remove calcium and magnesium in glauberite brine,the“NaOH-Na_(2)CO_(3)”purification process is adopted to solve the problems of high residual carbonate concentration and high alkali consumption in refined brine.By adjusting the addition amount of NaOH and Na_(2)CO_(3)and the brine addition process,the total concentration of residual scaling ions in refined brine and alkali consumption are reduced,and the purpose of scale prevention and inhibition in evaporative crystallization heat exchange system is realized.The small-scale and expanded experiments of“NaOH-Na_(2)CO_(3)”brine purification method were carried out,the brine purification operation system was optimized and the industrial application was realized,the scaling of evaporation system was effectively alleviated,and the goal of low energy consumption,long cycle and stable operation of vacuum evaporation salt production unit was realized.
