摘　　要：为了保证固井水泥车的可靠性,通过对固井水泥车柱塞泵操作使用以及常见故障进行分析,提出了柱塞泵的故障处置方法,保持固井水泥车良好工作状态,有力地保障地质钻探工程施工质量和安全。In order to ensure the reliability of cementing cement truck,through the analysis of the operation and use of cementing cement truck plunger pump and common faults,the fault disposal method of the plunger pump is put forward to maintain the good working state of cementing cement truck,and effectively guarantee the construction quality and safety of geological drilling engineering.
