不同产地和采收期北青龙衣的生药学研究

摘　　要：通过生药学鉴别方法,对黑吉辽三省不同采收期的北青龙衣,即胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica Maxim.)青果皮的生药学特性进行研究。结果表明:北青龙衣内胡桃醌含量随着生长时间的增加不断累积,黑龙江省9月中下旬的北青龙衣中胡桃醌含量最高,初步确定黑龙江省是北青龙衣道地药材的优质产地。不同产地和采收期的北青龙衣在性状与显微特征方面存在差异,黑龙江省9月中下旬的北青龙衣以毛茸棕黄色,味辛,水试溶液棕黑色为性状鉴别特征;以中果皮薄壁细胞排列紧密且内含液泡,石细胞壁厚、纹孔呈分枝状,分泌组织散在为显微鉴别特征。该研究结果可为北青龙衣的采收、道地产区的确定及鉴定提供科学的依据,也为其质量评价标准的制定提供参考。Through pharmacognosy identification,the pharmacognosy characterizations of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.(JM)were studied at different harvest times from origins of Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning Provinces,respectively.The results showed that the content of juglone accumulated with the increase of growth time,and the content of juglone in JM was the highest in mid-to-late September in Heilongjiang Province.It is preliminarily determined that Heilongjiang Province was the high-quality origin of JM.There were differences in macroscopical and microscopical characteristics of JM from different origins and harvest times.The macroscopical characteristics of JM in mid-to-late September in Heilongjiang Province were brown-yellow trichome,pungent taste and brown-black solution after water text method.And its microscopical characteristics were that the parenchyma cells of mesocarp closely arranged and contained vacuoles,the wall of stone cell was thick,the pits of stone cell were branched,and the secretory tissue was scattered.The results of this study provide not only a scientific basis for the genuine origin and identification of JM,but also a reference for the formulation of its quality evaluation standards.
