摘 要:光热疗法是一种微创的肿瘤治疗方法,在外部光源的照射下,利用事先注射入肿瘤的光热转换材料,在肿瘤内部生热来杀死癌细胞。研究采用仿酶绿色合成工艺合成了水溶性和高生物相容性聚苯胺,在近红外区有较强的吸收,光热转换效率为39.6%。体内抗肿瘤实验中,在808 nm激光照射下能有效消融肿瘤,小鼠存活率为83%,且35 d内未发现肿瘤复发。实验结果证明:所合成的聚苯胺可以作为新型光热治疗剂用于肿瘤的光热治疗。Photothermal therapy(PTT)is tumor treatment strategy with minimal invasive injury.In PTT,tumor cells are killed by overheating effects caused by photothermal agents that are injected into tumors prior to external light irradiation.In this study,polyaniline(PANI)has intrinsically water-solubility and excellent biocompatibility which is synthesized via a green enzyme mimetic route.The prepared polymer can strongly absorb energy of near infrared(NIR)light,and convert the light energy into heat with a converting efficiency of 39.6%.In vivo anti-tumor experiments,the prepared polymer can ablate tumors under 808 nm laser irradiation with a survival rate of 83%.No tumor recidivation is found within 35 d.The results of anti-tumor experiments demonstrate that the prepared polymer can be used as a novel therapeutic agent in PTT.
