摘　　要：城市少数民族流动人口思想政治教育是城市民族工作的重要内容,对于提升人口素质、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推进新时代党的民族工作发挥着重要作用。由于受诸多因素的影响,城市少数民族流动人口表现出民族性特征凸显、进取意识较强、易产生负面情绪、心理融入问题显现、社会规则意识不强等思想特征。从目前来看,我国城市少数民族流动人口思想政治教育还面临着一系列现实困难。为此,应从建立思想政治教育长效机制、构建多主体协同参与的人才队伍、采取灵活多样的教育方法、提升教育内容的针对性、融入少数民族文化资源等方面着手,从而探索出城市少数民族流动人口思想政治教育的有效路径。The ideological and political education of urban migrant population of ethnic minorities is an important part of urban ethnic work. It plays an important role in improving the quality of the population, creating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and promoting the CPC’s ethnic work in the new era. The urban migrant population of ethnic minorities is affected by many factors and shows some characteristics,such as distinct ethnic consciousness,strong enterprising spirit,more negative emotions,outstanding psychological integration problem,poor awareness of social rules.For the time being,the ideological and political education work of urban migrant population of ethnic minorities is also facing a series of practical difficulties.Therefore,some works should be done in order to explore the effective ways of ideological and political education of the urban migrant population of ethnic minorities, such as setting up a long-term mechanism of ideological and political education work,building talent teams with multi-disciplianry cooperation,adopting flexible and diverse educational methods,using targeted educational content,integrating into ethnic minority cultural resources.
