摘  要:三菱350 MW机组电液(E/H)转换器采用油压直控的方式进行阀门闭环控制,与现今常见的以LVDT阀位采样作为闭环控制被调量的伺服控制模块存在部分不兼容。通过对常规伺服控制模块进行以下针对性适配改造:阀位输入调整,开发扩展从模块接入直流量信号作为阀位输入,调整阀位优选逻辑;PI算法调整,修改PI算法中偏差的计算方式,适配电流变化与阀门开闭之间的关系;自动标定算法调整,修改自动标定逻辑,增加电流变化速率限制;伺服输出范围调整,开发电流放大模块,对伺服电流进行等比例放大,适配电液(E/H)转换器的输入特性。最终形成3块模块共同组成1套伺服控制系统的组合,达到了适配效果,为其他类似机组改造提供借鉴。The electro-hydraulic(E/H)converter of Mitsubishi 350 MW units adopt oil pressure direct control for closed-loop control of the valve position,which is partly incompatible with the servo control module which takes LVDT valve position as the controlled variable of closed-loop control.Some adaptation transformation to the conventional servo control module is carried out.Firstly,the algorithm of valve position input is modified and the subordinate extended module which supports the DC amount input is developed.The logic of valve position optimization is modified.Secondly,the algorithm of PI is adjusted.The calculation method of deviation in PI algorithm is changed to be adapted to the relationship between the current change and the valve moving direction.Thirdly,the algorithm of auto-calibration is modified and the current change rate limit is considered.Fourthly,the servo output range is changed.The current amplification module is developed to amplify the servo current in equal proportion for adapting the characteristics of the electro-hydraulic converter.Ultimately,a set of servo control system including three modules is developed,which achieves the adaptive effect and provides reference for other similar modification works.
