摘 要:裂缝既是混凝土的质量通病,也是目前无砟轨道最主要的病害。为了保证高速铁路无砟轨道科学运维,本文针对混凝土裂缝修补组合结构失效机制进行研究,建立混凝土裂缝修补组合结构的分析模型,提出组合结构的5种失效模式,并从弱界面层理论、内应力和环境应力3个方面探讨黏结界面的失效机理。结果表明:修补效果较优、相容性较好的为旧混凝土基体失效模式和新修补区混合失效模式。Cracks are not only a common quality problem of concrete, but also the most important disease of ballastless track at present.In order to ensure the scientific operation and maintenance of high-speed railway ballastless track, the failure mechanism of concrete crack repair composite structure is studied.The analysis model of concrete crack repair composite structure is established, 5 failure modes of composite structure are proposed, and the failure mechanism of bonding interface is discussed from 3 aspects of weak interface layer theory, internal stress and environmental stress.The results show that the mode that has better repair effect and consistency are matrix failure mode of old concrete and mixed failure mode of new repair area.
