摘　　要：几丁寡糖(Chitooligosaccharide)是一种具有促进植物生长、提高植物抗逆作用等多种功效的植物刺激素,大量研究显示其对小麦、水稻、玉米及水果具有提质增产作用,然而其对茶叶品质的影响研究尚无报道。文章在田间条件下采用叶面喷施方法,研究了10%、50%、90%的乙酰度(相同聚合度)的几丁寡糖对茶树生长和茶叶品质的作用效果。结果显示,叶面喷施几丁寡糖处理能显著提高茶树叶绿素含量和净光合速率,有助于氨基酸的积累。其中,喷施3 mg/L 50%乙酰度的几丁寡糖对茶叶品质具有最优的改善效果,在茶叶生产上具有较好的应用前景。Chitooligosaccharide,a vital plant stimulant,plays great effect on promoting plant growth and stress re-sistance.A large number of studies have shown that chitooligosaccharide can improve the quality and yield of wheat,rice,corn and fruits.However,little is known about its effect on tea quality.The effects of with 10%,50%and 90%acetylateded chitooligosacchariides(the same degree of polymerization)on the growth and quality of tea were studied by foliar spraying in the field.The results show that all chitooligosaccharide treatments could significantly increase the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of tea plants,and contribute to the accumulation of amino acids in green tea.Among them,spraying 3 mg/L 50%acetylated chitooligosaccharide showed the best quality improvement effect.
