摘  要:矿井救援车在提升时,提升吊臂会发生挠度变形,影响提升的稳定性,更可能造成被困人员的二次伤害。为了获得提升吊臂挠度变形量,采用精确有限元法、纵横弯曲理论,利用变截面悬臂梁挠曲微分方程,得到了静态下考虑二阶效应的变截面悬臂梁的端部挠度表达式,并利用线性理论计算方法和ANYSYS仿真进行了对比分析和验证。利用公式计算各种工况下提升吊臂的挠度变形量,研究提升吊重、变幅角度和吊臂伸长量对挠度变形量的影响。研究结果表明,吊臂挠度变形量与吊臂的伸长量、提升吊重呈正相关关系;吊臂挠度变形量随变幅角度的增加先增加,在7°左右达到最大值,然后随着变幅角度的增加而减小。该研究可以为救援过程变幅补偿提供精确数据,为提升矿井救援车稳定性提供理论指导。During the lifting process of the mine rescue vehicle,the telescopic boom will defect and deform,which affect the stability of the telescopic and even cause secondary injury to the trapped person.In order to obtain the deflection and deformation of telescopic boom,the exact finite element method,vertical and horizontal bending theory,and deflection differential equation of the variable cross-section cantilever beam are used to obtain the deflection expression of the variable cross-section cantilever beam considering the second-order effect.The linear theoretical calculation method and ANYSYS simulation are used to relatively analyze and verify.The deflection deformation of telescopic boom under various working conditions are calculated,and the influence of the lifting weight,luffing angle and length of the boom on the deflection deformation is studied.The research results show that the deflection deformation is positively correlated with the length of telescopic boom and the lifting weight.The deflection deformation first increases with the luffing angle,reaches the maximum value around 7°,and then decreases with the luffing angle.The research can provide accurate data for luffing compensation during rescue and provide theoretical guidance for improving the stability of mine rescue vehicle.
