摘 要:铰接汽车为提升运输效率,运行速度逐渐提升,而转向时的运行速度对整车安全性具有重要影响。针对双油缸“缸体前置式”布置的铰接式矿用汽车转向系统进行分析,获取油缸行程和整车转向角度之间的关系,并对转向半径进行分析。基于ADAMS建立多自由度整车分析模型,并与Simulink建立的转向模型相结合,模拟车辆运行环境,选取满载紧急转向工况和高速运行转向工况开展转向特性和运动轨迹分析。分析结果可知:铰接式车辆转向过程中转向轨迹与前后车桥中心到铰接点距离是有一定的关系的,铰接点位置的布置是影响铰接汽车行驶轨迹的一个重要因素;为保证转向过程中,需要提前采取制动措施,使得车辆的运行速度低于10m/s,车辆不发生侧滑现象;分析模型和结果为此类转向设计提供参考。In order to improve the transportation efficiency,the running speed of articulated vehicle is gradually improved,and the running speed of steering has an important impact on the vehicle safety.The steering system of articulated mining truck with double cylinder"front cylinder"arrangement is analyzed,which obtains the relationship between cylinder stroke and vehicle steering angle,and the steering radius is analyzed.A multi degree of freedom vehicle analysis model is established based on ADAMS and combined with the steering model established by Simulink to simulate the vehicle running environment and select the full load emergency steering condition and high speed operation steering conditionfor trajectory analysis.The results show that:there is a certain relationship between the steering track and the distance between the front and rear axle center and the hinge point in the steering process of articulated vehicle,and the layout of the hinge point is an important factor affecting the driving track of articulated vehicle.In order to ensure the steering process,braking measures should be taken in advance,so that the running speed of the vehicle is less than 10m/s,and the vehicle does not have sideslip phenomenon.The analysis model and results provide a reference for the design of this kind of steering.
