摘 要:为了降低压缩机原料成本,采用Inspire软件对某型号涡旋压缩机机架进行拓扑优化设计,并将原模型和优化后模型进行对比分析。通过数值分析的方法,对抱紧力、止推面间隙和轴承最大变形进行了研究,得出抱紧力只增大3%,机架止推面间隙和主轴承最大变形变化量均小于5μm,说明优化后机架不会对装配工艺产生影响;通过润滑可靠性试验,证实了产品的疲劳磨损和使用寿命均符合标准。通过轻量化设计,在满足装配工艺和工作要求条件下可将自重减小9.8%,为压缩机相关部件的设计研制提供了理论依据。In order to reduce the raw material cost of compressor,Inspire software is used to optimize the topology design of scroll compressor housing,and the original model and optimized model are compared and analyzed.By numerical analysis,the holding force,thrust surface clearance and maximum bearing deformation are studied.The results show that the holding force increases only 3%,and the change of thrust surface clearance and maximum bearing deformation are all less than 5μm,indicating that the optimized housing will not affect the assembly process.Through the reliability test of lubricating,it is confirmed that the fatigue friction and lifetime of the product meet the standard.Through the lightweight design,the weight can be reduced by9.8%under the condition of meeting the requirements of assembly technology and work,which provides a theoretical direction for the design and study of compressor related components.
