摘  要:针对城市停车位不足的现象,提出一种建立于街道上方的立体车库结构设计方法,有效地缓解车辆停放困难的问题。为分析该车库钢结构的受载强度,在ABAQUS中建立车库钢结构的有限元模型,考虑车库满载的情况下,分析在极端的风载荷作用下该车库钢结构的变形和应力状况,在保证钢结构总体稳定性的前提下,选取三组规格的截面尺寸参数,确定各构件较优的截面尺寸,达到轻量化设计的目的,同时对优化后的车库钢结构进行了模态求解,分析了前四阶模态的固有频率及振型特点。结果表明:车库钢结构的最大应力出现在车库架中部最下层的两根立柱与横梁、纵梁的连接处,位移的最大量发生在车库钢架顶层;优化后的钢结构质量减轻了43.42%,实现了总体钢结构的轻量化,分析结果可为该立体车库的工程应用提供理论参考。Aiming at the phenomenon of insufficient parking space in the city,a structural design method of stereo garage built above was proposed to effectively alleviate the problem of parking difficulties.In order to analyze the load-bearing strength of the garage steel structure,the finite element model of the garage steel structure was established in ABAQUS.Considering the full load of the garage,the deformation and stress state of the garage steel frame structure under extreme wind loads were analyzed.Under the premise of ensuring the overall stability of the steel structure,the section size parameters of the three sets of specifications were selected to determine the optimal cross-sectional dimensions of each component,and the purpose of lightweight design was achieved.At the same time,the modal solution of the optimized garage steel structure was solved,and the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the first four modes were analyzed.The results showed that the maximum stress of the garage steel structure appeared at the junction of the two vertical columns in the middle of the garage frame with the beam and the longitudinal beam,and the maximum displacement occurred on the top of the garage steel frame;the optimized steel structure quality was reduced by43.42%.The light weight of the overall steel frame structure was realized,and the analysis results can provide a theoretical reference for the engineering application of the stereo garage.
