摘 要:为保证无人机航摄仪的精度和稳定性,对摆扫机构系统进行仿真分析和试验研究。应用ANSYS软件对其主要组件进行模态分析;应用Fluent软件对其仿真分析得到温度分布,用高温、低温存储试验和高温、低温工作试验验证其在不同温度环境下控制系统精度和稳定性;应用飞行模拟转台模拟无人机飞行姿态变化对其进行摇摆试验验证其角速度精度和稳定性;用跑车试验验证相机成像精度和稳定性。结果表明:摆扫机构系统主要组件不会发生共振;在温度变化和飞行姿态变化时仍能保证精度和稳定性;相机成像清晰、稳定。无人机航摄仪能保证航空拍摄时的精度及稳定性。In order to ensure the accuracy and stability ofUAV aerial camera,the simulation analysis and experimental study on the swing mechanism system are carried out.The modal analysis of its main components is carried out by using ANSYS software.Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the temperature distribution.The accuracy and stability of the control system under different temperature environments are verified by high-temperature,low-temperature storage test and high-temperature and low-temperature operation test.The flight simulator was used to simulate the attitude change of UAV and the rocking test was carried out to verify the accuracy and stability of the angular velocity.The accuracy and stability of camera imaging are verified by sports car test.The results show that the main components of the swing mechanism system will not resonate,the accuracy and stability can be guaranteed when the temperature and flight attitude change,and the camera imaging is clear and stable.UAV aerial camera can ensure the accuracy and stability of aerial photography.
