摘 要:以稀土材料为载体,在实验教学中引入思政元素。以LED三基色中红光为例,介绍了稀土发光材料的荧光机理。采用X-射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电镜和荧光光谱仪对市售黄光粉Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce、红光粉Y_(2)O_(3):Eu、蓝光粉BaMgAl_(10)O_(17):Eu、绿光粉(Sr,Ba)_(2)SiO_(4):Eu进行表征,获得了其物相结构、表面形貌、激发和发射光谱等信息。学生将理论知识有效转化,自制各色LED器件。该实验设计内容全面,具有高阶性、创造性和趣味性,教学实践结果令人满意。Taking the rare earth material as the carrier,the ideological and political elements were introduced into the experimental teaching.The fluorescence mechanism of rare earth luminescent materials was introduced using red light as an example in LED three primary colors.The commercial Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce,Y_(2)O_(3):Eu,BaMgAl_(10)O_(17):Eu,(Sr,Ba)_(2)SiO_(4):Eu were characterized by XRD,FE-SEM and FL to obtain the information about phase structures,surface morphology,excitation and emission spectra and so on.Students transformed their theoretical knowledge effectively and made many kinds of LED devices by themselves.The experimental design was comprehensive,high-level,creative and interesting,and the results of teaching practice were satisfactory.
