摘　　要：实验室是一个投入产出的系统,需要定期对实验室建设运行状况进行系统的效益评估,以推动高校实验室的发展。尝试构建了“五-二十五”两级架构考核体系,其中包含五项一级指标:“体制建设与运行管理”、“教学任务与教学管理”、“实验室与仪器设备”、“实验队伍建设与管理”、“实验室环境与安全管理”为主体架构,以及与之分别对应的二十五项二级指标。本考核体系具有较好的结构稳定性和具体可操作性,通过对两级指标的具体测算能够从多个角度较为科学地反映实验室的建设状态与运行效益。University laboratory is an input-output system,in order to promote the development of laboratories,it is necessary to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of laboratory construction and operation.The paper attempts to build a“five-twenty five”two-level framework assessment system,which includes five first-level indicators:“system construction and operation management”,“teaching tasks and teaching management”,“laboratory and equipment”,“experimental team building and management”,“laboratory environment and safety management”as the main structure,and twenty five secondary indicators corresponding to them respectively.This assessment system has better structural stability and specific operability.Through the specific calculation of the two-level indicators,it can scientifically reflect the construction status and operating benefits of the laboratory from multiple perspectives.
