产业集聚视角下中小企业协同发展路径研究

摘　　要：经过40多年的发展,中小企业从少到多,不断发展壮大,现已成为国民经济的重要支撑力量。但就目前来看,中小企业发展中仍然存在着诸多深层的问题:发展基础上,过分依赖于天然的比较优势;产业结构上,以劳动、资本投入为主的传统产业占主体;产业发展上,产业集聚程度低、协同发展水平差;发展模式上,投资驱动型特征突出;经营模式上,过度实施多元化战略等。要解决这些问题,使其发展取得实质性突破,必须选择产业集聚下协同发展路径。借助产业集聚理论和协同发展理论,对中小企业产业集聚协同发展的路径予以探索,提出以价值链为纽带、以知识链为媒介、以互联网为平台的三种协同发展路径,及其相应对策和建议。After nearly 40 years of development,small and medium-sized enterprises have grown by leaps and bound from less to more,and have become an important supporting force for the national economy.However,there are still many deep problems in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises:on the basis of development,it is too dependent on natural comparative advantages;on the industrial structure,the traditional industry is dominated by labor and capital investment;on the industrial development,the low degree of industrial agglomeration,the poor level of synergy development;on the development model,investment-driven characteristics are prominent;on the business models,over-implementation of diversification strategy is manifested.To solve these problems and make substantial breakthroughs in the development,we must choose the path of coordinated development under industrial agglomeration.With the help of the theory of industrial agglomeration and the theory of cooperative development,the author of this paper explores the path of the synergistic development of industrial agglomeration in small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward three ways of cooperative development with the value chain as the link,the knowledge chain as the medium and the Internet as the platform,as well as the countermeasures and proposals for the path selection.
