摘  要:针对长期运行的风力发电机叶片可能出现的不同程度损伤,基于无人机技术对风力发电机叶片缺陷检测进行研究,提出风力发电机叶片自主巡检系统。介绍了这一自主巡检系统的组成与拓扑关系,对信号传输覆盖问题进行了分析,并对巡检航迹进行了规划。基于无人机技术的风力发电机叶片自主巡检系统可以对叶片边缘开裂、局部脱落、雷击损伤进行检测,效率高,成本低,能够保障风力发电机运行的安全性和可靠性。In view of the different degrees of damage that may occur to the wind turbine blade in long-term operation, based on the UAV technology, the defect detection of the wind turbine blade was studied, and an autonomous inspection system for the wind turbine blade was proposed.The composition and topological relationship of this autonomous inspection system were introduced, the signal transmission coverage issue was analyzed, and the inspection flight path was planned.The autonomous inspection system for the wind turbine blade based on UAV technology can detect blade edge cracking, partial broke-off, and damage by lightning stroke.It has high efficiency and low cost, and can ensure the safety and reliability of wind turbine operation.
