VCD方案在初治多发性骨髓瘤患者治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析用VCD(硼替佐米+环磷酰胺+地塞米松)方案对初治的多发性骨髓瘤患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2018年1月至2021年7月在黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院接受诊治的42例初治多发性骨髓瘤患者纳入本研究。为这些患者均采用VCD方案进行治疗,然后分析其疗效。结果:治疗后,这些患者的ORR为88.10%(37/42)。治疗后,这些患者血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M的水平均较治疗前显著升高,其骨髓浆细胞、血清M蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮的水平、24h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,这些患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论:在初治多发性骨髓瘤患者的治疗中应用VCD方案的效果显著,可缓解其临床症状,改善其肾功能,调节其免疫功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of VCD(bortezomib+cyclophosphamide+dexamethasone)in the treatment of newly treated patients with multiple myeloma.Methods:Forty-two newly treated patients with multiple myeloma who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Qianxinan from January 2018 to July 2021 were included in this study.All of these patients were treated with VCD and their efficacy was analyzed.Results:After treatment,the ORR of these patients was 88.10%(37/42).After treatment,the patients serum albumin,hemoglobin,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M level was significantly increased,the plasma cells,bone marrow,serum M protein,the level of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24 h urinary protein was significantly reduced,and the quantitative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).None of these patients had serious adverse reactions after treatment.Conclusion:VCD has a significant effect in the treatment of newly treated multiple myeloma patients,which can relieve their clinical symptoms,improve their renal function and regulate their immune function,with high safety.
