摘 要:针对现有技术无法满足储量动态监测精细化需求的问题,将数字孪生技术与矿山动态监测业务深度融合,提出一种露天矿储量无人机智能动态监测方法。该方法通过融合矿山地形、地质、设计、无人机LiDAR与航摄多源异构数据,自动构建矿山初始地形、现采地形、终采境界以及三维矿体模型,实现各矿层界内与越界越层开采储量精细化、自动化计算。应用结果表明,该方法切实可行、精度可靠;与现有方法相比,该方法可适应地质构造复杂、地形起伏大、植被覆盖密集等各种情形,实现智能、精细的露天矿储量动态监测,形成对矿山开采动态的直观、准确、全面感知。Aiming at the problems that the existing technology cannot meet the fine demand of reserves dynamic monitoring,a UAV intelligent dynamic monitoring method for open-pit mine reserves is proposed by deeply integrating the digital twin technology and mine dynamic monitoring business.By integrating mine topographic,geological,design,UAV LiDAR,and photogrammetric multi-source heterogeneous data,this method automatically establishes the three-dimensional models of mine original terrain,current terrain,final boundary and ore body,and realizes the elaborate and automatic calculation of dynamic reserves within and beyond the boundary of each ore bed.The application results show that this method is feasible and reliable.Compared with the existing methods,this method can adapt to various situations such as complex geological structures,large topographic relief,and dense vegetation coverage,realize intelligent and fine dynamic monitoring of open-pit reserves and form an intuitive,accurate and comprehensive perception of mining dynamics.
