前列疏通汤、非那雄胺联合治疗对良性前列腺增生患者下尿路症状及国际前列腺症状评分的影响

摘　　要：目的研究良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者经前列疏通汤、非那雄胺联合治疗及对其下尿路症状、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)的影响。方法2017年3月至2021年1月我院收治的103例BPH患者,根据治疗药物不同分为研究组(n=57,前列疏通汤、非那雄胺联合治疗)及对照组(n=46,非那雄胺治疗)。对比两组下尿路症状、IPSS评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后两组最大尿流率、膀胱残余尿量、前列腺体积均下降,研究组最大尿流率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组膀胱残余尿量、前列腺体积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组IPSS评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列疏通汤联合非那雄胺治疗BPH可显著提高临床疗效,有效改善患者下尿路症状以及IPSS评分,且安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment with Qian-lie-shu-tong decoction and finasteride on lower urinary tract symptoms and International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BHP).Methods One hundred and three patients with BHP who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into a study group(n=57 treated with combination therapy of Qian-lie-shu-tong decoction and finasteride)and a control group(n=46 with finasteride therapy)according to the different treatment drugs.The lower urinary tract symptoms,IPSS score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the maximum urine flow rate,bladder residual urine volume,and prostate volume were decreased in both groups,and the maximum urine flow rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,the difference of the bladder residual urine volume and prostate volume between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the IPSS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of the total incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qian-lie-shu-tong decoction combined with finasteride in the treatment of BPH can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and effectively improve the lower urinary tract symptoms and IPSS scores of the patients.It has good safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
