摘　　要：以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)为聚合单体,引入2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)功能单体,采用反相乳液聚合法合成了抗盐速溶型减阻剂。通过红外光谱、粒度分析及扫描电镜对聚合物分子结构进行了确证。性能评价结果表明:0.2%的减阻剂在清水和10%标准盐水中分别在20 s和40 s内可完全溶解;0.1%的减阻剂在清水中的降阻率达75.58%,同时在10%、20%、50%标准盐水中降阻率依然能保持在70%以上,满足行业标准要求;0.4%的减阻剂,170 s^(-1)下剪切1 h,减阻剂黏度基本维持在50 mPa·s,表现出良好的耐剪切性。As an unconventional oil and gas resource,shale gas has the characteristics of low permeability and low porosity,which brings many problems to development.A salt-resistant and instant drag reducer was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization method using acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(AA)as monomers,2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)and vinyl pyrazolone(NVP)as functional monomers.Through the characterization of infrared spectrum,particle size analysis and scanning electron microscope test,it is proved that the synthesized polymer conforms to the molecular structure design.The performance evaluation shows that 0.2%drag reducer can be completely dissolved in water within 20 s and in 10%standard salt water within 40 s;The drag reduction rate of 0.1%drag reducer in clean water is 75.58%,and the drag reduction rate in 10%,20%and 50%standard brine can still be maintained above 70%,which meets the requirements of industry standards;When 0.4%drag reducer is sheared at 170 s^(-1) for 1 h,the viscosity of drag reducer is basically maintained at 50 mPa·s,showing good shear resistance.
