圣约翰草提取物对卒中后抑郁患者氧化应激损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨圣约翰草提取物对卒中后轻中度抑郁患者氧化应激损伤的影响。方法将60例卒中后轻中度抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规脑卒中治疗联合心理健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上予以圣约翰草提取物治疗,观察8周。比较治疗前后两组抑郁自评量表、斯堪地那维亚卒中量表评分及血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平。结果治疗后两组抑郁自评量表、斯堪地那维亚卒中量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷、丙二醛水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),且观察组血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷、丙二醛水平水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论圣约翰草提取物能明显改善卒中后轻中度抑郁患者的抑郁情绪和神经功能,减轻机体氧化应激损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of St.John's wort extract on oxidative stress injury in patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 60 patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine stroke treatment combined with mental health education.The observation group was treated with St.John's wort extract on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.The self-rating depression scale(SDS),Scandinavian stroke scale(SSS)scores and serum levels of 8-hydroxy-2 deoxyguanosine(8-OHDG),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the SDS and SSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum 8-OHDG and MDA in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the levels of serum SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).The levels of serum 8-OHDG and MDA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the levels of serum SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions St.John's wort extract can significantly improve the depressive mood and neurological function of patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression,and reduce oxidative stress injury.
