冰山理论指导下个体化护理干预对外伤性脑积水患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于冰山理论指导的个体化护理干预对外伤性脑积水患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法将82例外伤性脑积水患者按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以冰山理论指导下个体化护理干预。干预前后采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评定焦虑抑郁情绪,比较两组上述量表评分及治疗依从性。结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗依从率为97.6%,对照组为85.4%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于冰山理论指导的个体化护理干预能有效缓解外伤性脑积水患者的负性情绪,提高其治疗依从性,促进患者早日康复。Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing intervention under the guidance of iceberg theory on negative emotions and treatment compliance in patients with traumatic hydrocephalus(TH).Methods A total of 82 TH patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention under the guidance of iceberg theory on the basis of the control group.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess anxiety and depression before and after intervention.The scores of the above scales and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The treatment compliance rate was 97.6%in the observation group and 85.4%in the control group,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The individualized nursing intervention under the guidance of iceberg theory can effectively relieve the negative emotions of TH patients,improve their treatment compliance,and promote the early recovery of patients.
