个性化心理护理对围术期高血压脑出血患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化心理护理对围术期高血压脑出血患者负性情绪、术后恢复及生活质量的影响。方法将106例拟进行手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组予以围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以个性化心理护理,观察4周。比较护理前后两组情绪(焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表)、术后恢复(Bathel指数、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表)、生活质量(生活质量综合评定问卷)及并发症发生情况。结果护理后两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自量表评分均较护理前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。护理后两组Bathel指数、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表及生活质量综合评定问卷评分均较护理前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化心理护理可显著改善围术期高血压脑出血患者的不良情绪,减少并发症的发生,促进患者术后快速恢复,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of personalized psychological nursing on negative emotion,postoperative recovery and quality of life of patients with perioperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 106 HICH patients undergoing surgical treatment were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received personalized psychological nursing on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],postoperative recovery[Barthel index(BI),Fugl-Meyer motor function scale],quality of life[generic quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)]and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).After nursing,the scores of BI,Fugl-Meyer motor function scale and GQOLI-74 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized psychological nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of perioperative HICH patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,promote the rapid recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
