5-氟尿嘧啶联合低浓度干扰素对复发性翼状胬肉的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨5-氟尿嘧啶联合低浓度干扰素治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法以浙江省杭州市萧山区中医院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的复发性翼状胬肉70例为研究对象。根据其治疗方式分为对照组及5-氟尿嘧啶联合干扰素治疗的联合组,其中对照组35例38眼,联合组35例41眼;对照组采取翼状胬肉切除伴自体结膜干细胞移植术,术后应用妥布霉素眼液,0.1%氟米龙眼液以及贝复舒眼液治疗;联合组在对照组的基础上,术中局部应用5-氟尿嘧啶棉片,术后应用低浓度干扰素眼液治疗。观察两组泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光染色积分(CFS),角膜修复时间以及复发情况。结果术后1个月,两组SIT、BUT、CFS差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组角膜修复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除伴自体结膜干细胞移植术中应用5-氟尿嘧啶,术后联合使用低浓度干扰素眼液能够安全有效地治疗复发性翼状胬肉,并降低术后复发率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of 5-fluorouracil combined with low-concentration interferon in the treatment of recurrent pterygium.Methods A total of 70 cases of recurrent pterygium admitted to Xiaoshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to their treatment methods,they were divided into control group and the combined group.Among them,35 cases(38 eyes)in the control group,and 35 cases(41 eyes)in the combined group;the control group received pterygium excision and autologous conjunctival stem cell transplantation,tobramycin eye solution,0.1%fluorometholone eye solution and beifushu eye solution were applied after operation;the combined group was given 5-fluorouracil cotton tablet during operation on the basis of control group.After the application of low-concentration interferon eye drops treatment.The tear secretion test(SIT),tear break-up time(BUT),corneal fluorescence staining score(CFS),corneal repair time and recurrence were observed in the two groups.Results One month after operation,there was no significant difference in SIT,BUT and CFS between the two groups(P>0.05).The corneal repair time in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 5-fluorouracil in pterygium excision combined with autologous conjunctival stem cell transplantation,combined with low-concentration interferon eye drops can safely and effectively treat recurrent pterygium,and reduce postoperative recurrence rate.
