托吡酯片联合拉莫三嗪片对癫痫的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析托吡酯片联合拉莫三嗪片对癫痫的治疗效果。方法选取2021年1~2021年12月前郭尔罗斯蒙古族自治县医院收治的66例癫痫患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各33例,对照组采用拉莫三嗪片治疗,观察组采用托吡酯片联合拉莫三嗪片治疗,观察两组患者治疗总有效率、癫痫发作频率、癫痫发作持续时间、EEG结果、血清学指标、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组癫痫发作频率低于对照组,癫痫发作持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组痫样放电、累及导联数改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组GAL、NPY水平改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗癫痫时,采用托吡酯片联合拉莫三嗪片,可提高治疗总有效率,降低癫痫发作频率,缩短癫痫发作持续时间,安全性高,有效控制患者病情,改善生活质量,临床颇具价值。Objective To analyze the therapeutic eff ect of topiramate tablets combined with lamotrigine tablets in epilepsy.Methods 66 patients with epilepsy in the neurology department of Qianguorluos Mongolian Autonomous County Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were participated in the study,and were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lamotrigine tablets,and the observation group was treated with topiramate tablets combined with lamotrigine tablets,and the total eff ective rate,seizure frequency,duration,EEG results,serological indexes,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life scores were observed.Results The observation group had a higher total eff ective rate of treatment,the diff erence was signifi cant(P<0.05);the frequency of epileptic seizures in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the seizures duration was shorter than that in the control group,the diff erence was signifi cant(P<0.05);the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the diff erence was signifi cant(P<0.05).The epileptiform discharges and the number of involved leads in the observation group were signifi cantly improved,the diff erence was signifi cant(P<0.05).The levels of GAL and NPY in the observation group were signifi cantly improved,the diff erence was signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of epilepsy,the use of topiramate tablets combined with lamotrigine tablets can improve the total eff ective rate of treatment,reduce the frequency of epileptic seizures,shorten the duration,and the treatment safety is high,the patient’s condition can be eff ectively controlled,and the quality of life can be signifi cantly improved,clinical value.
