摘　　要：高校党组织“对标争先”建设工程是贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、加强党对高校全面领导提出的新要求,是高校党支部建设的新标准。针对党支部建设中存在的问题,提出以样板支部为引领,提升高校党支部建设质量的对策建议。The construction project of benchmarking and creating excellence of the Party organization in colleges and universities is a new requirement for implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,strengthening the Party’s overall leadership of colleges and universities,and a new standard for the construction of Party branches in colleges and universities. In view of the existing problems in the construction of the Party branches,some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of the construction of the Party branches in colleges and universities guided by the model branch are put forward.
