摘 要:“高职百万扩招”政策符合国家以改革促发展的要求,是缓解就业压力、解决产业升级中部分高技能人才短缺矛盾的重要手段。面对高职社会扩招的机遇与挑战,通过问卷调查,分析高职院校社会生源人才培养的现状及存在的主要问题,提出“技能为主,多元拓展,模块组合”社会生源人才培养模式,并以CX职业技术学院智能制造专业群为例阐述该模式的实施情况,为其他高职院校提供借鉴。The policy of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges is in line with the country’s needs to promote development by means of reforms.And it is also an important means to alleviate employment pressure and solve the shortage of high-skilled talents in industrial upgrading.Facing the opportunities and challenges of the enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of talent training of social students in higher vocational colleges by questionnaire and puts forward the talent training mode of social students of focusing on skills,diversified development and module combination.Then it illustrates the implementation of this mode by taking the intelligent manufacturing specialty group of CX vocational and technical collegeas an example to provide reference for other higher vocational colleges.
