基于三学期制的“中文+职业技能”人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：“一带一路”建设的深入推进促使着中文教育与职业教育以国际化的态势助力中资企业“走出去”。为解决中资海外企业对国际化高素质技术技能人才的需求,在深入分析“中文+职业技能”模式人才培养现状的基础上,探讨三学期制对国际化技能人才培养的积极作用,并提出构建多元教学模式、建设资源共享平台和打造双师双语师资队伍等建议,以期促进“中文+职业技能”人才培养质量提升。The deepening of the “The Belt and Road” construction strongly urges the integration of Chinese education and vocational education to “go global” with an international attitude. To solve the problem of Chinese enterprises overseas demand for international high-quality skilled talents, by analyzing the current situation of “Chinese + Vocational Skills” talent cultivation, it explores the positive role of trimesters on international skills talent cultivation, and puts forward to construct the diversified teaching modes, the resource sharing platform and create “Dual-qualification” and bilingual teachers and so on, to promote the quality of “Chinese + Vocational Skills” talent cultivation.
